Overnight stays

L’The Agritourism Viticcio dei Ronchi offers accommodations in 8 comfortable and spacious mini apartments, all equipped with:

• Satellite TV
• Refrigerator
• Heating and air conditioning
• Living room with kitchenette complete with pots and pans and all that which is required of a long stay
• Sofa bed in the living room
• Queen bedroom and bathroom with shower and window

• Wi-fi internet access: at our farmhouse free internet access is available both in the apartments as well as in the Italian garden..

Other than the 8 mini apartments, the farmhouse offers 2 Suites, without kitchenette, with the same characteristics of the other bedrooms. All of the accommodations may accommodate a maximum of three people. The Agriturismo Viticcio dei Ronchi in Verona is also equipped with the following services:

• a large, covered parking lot for automobiles.
• photovoltaic system which supplies electricity for the entire structure
• biomass boiler, which along with everything else, contributes to the natural recovery of surrounding environmental resources, without the pollution of gas emissions.

 

   

 

Breakfast buffet at the farmhouse

Our breakfast buffet offers guests coffee, milk, cappuccino, fruit juices, yogurt, butter and jam, cereal, biscuits, bread and croissants, and ham and cheeses of Lessinia.

We value other products such as special melba toast, cakes and breads prepared with flour from the areas of Verona, as well as honey and jam produced by nearby businesses.  

External verandas of the farmhouse

Our verandas, an extension of the farm buildings near the vineyards, will give you the magnificent and moving sensation of being a part of the surrounding nature while at the same time providing the enjoyment of a breathtaking view of Verona. You will find tranquility and relaxation, leaving behind the stress and hectic pace of the city.

In one of the two verandas of the farmhouse, on the mornings with the warmth of the sun, you will have the pleasure of enjoying breakfast served on comfortable outdoor tables, where the chirping of the birds will keep you company.

In the veranda next to the reception area, you will instead have the opportunity to relax while reading a book, or instead, sipping an aperitif of Spumante Extra Dry Le Valene before dinner, caressed by the sun, which at it slowly leaves room for the moon, gives us the gift of the thousand colors of the sunset.

Reception

When you enter into the reception area of the farmhouse, you will be immediately captured by the sweet gaze of Bacco, the god of wine and the grape harvest, divinity who protects our hard work in the countryside.

This is where you will be welcomed upon your arrival and where you can relax on one of the two sofas, which both facing large windows offer you a view of our Italian garden, a large, green space for relaxing the mind.

 

Among our various services, we also thought to reserve a space inside the reception area to illustrate possible itineraries for an interesting and enjoyable vacation at Viticcio dei Ronchi, where we also organize intimate tastings of our own extra virgin olive oil and Valpolicella DOC and DOCG red wine; in short, a small corner to stay together in complete relaxation.

Tastings, visits to the company cellar and the sale of our products

We propose tastings of our extra virgin olive oil and Valpolicella DOC and DOCG red wine and guided visits to the cellar, where the production of the wine takes place, and to the splendid and captivating barrel cellar, the area of the refinement of the wine, contained in complete calm in small wooden barrels (barriques).

Visits can always be personalized according to needs: if you love the open air, you could have a walk among the vineyards which surrounds the farmhouse; if you value gastronomy, we can propose original combinations of our products.

Naturally, if all of this is to your liking, we would be pleased and honored to know that we, too, will be present in your home with our bottles of wines and extra virgin olive oil on your table. It is in fact possible to purchase our products.

Suggestions and reservations

It would be our pleasure to advise you on the choice of local, typical osterias, family-run trattorias and welcoming restaurants where you can try some of the traditional dishes of Verona.

In these places, little known to tourists, you will have the possibility to blend in with the locals, discovering the habits and mannerisms of the people of Verona. Naturally, it would also be an honor for me to reserve a table for lunch or dinner in any restaurant of your choice.  

I always ask my guests what they wish to visit during their stay at Viticcio dei Ronchi Relais; this gives me the possibility to suggest some intriguing and little known places of Verona.

Other services

It is possible upon request to reserve taxis, buses and tour guides, available for a fascinating itinerary to discover Verona and its surroundings. An email prior to your arrival with your request(s) is appreciated; this way we will have time to advise you and best organize for all your needs.

Meeting Rooms

The agritourism Viticcio dei Ronchi Relais has an exclusive and relaxing environment made up of two rooms especially created for business meetings, professional training courses, weddings, receptions and special events.

A location where any event can become extraordinary thanks to setting in which it is inserted. Other than supplying state-of-the-art technical support, our meeting rooms allow any type of meeting to be held in a creative and sophisticated atmosphere, thanks to their position.

The Shakespeare Room has a maximum capacity of 120 people and lends itself mostly to special events such as weddings or receptions.

The Romeo Room is the smallest (maximum capacity: 40-50 people) and lends itself mostly to business meetings and training courses or wellness seminars (Yoga, Tai Chi, etc.).

Upon request, we can organize buffet catering for groups. It is also possible to book at the restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the farmhouse; in this case we know how to best advise you.

Verona Bike

If you love biking, our farmhouse can give you the opportunity the visit some of Verona and its province's most beautiful and interesting places with bike excursions.

We are in fact a member of AgriCycle Veneto, which gathers bike lovers, offering all types of services for discovering the regional territory. Thanks to the "Verona Bike Experience" guide, you can learn more about the territory while discovering new and out of the ordinary routes, in tune with the surrounding nature.
